National Chocolate Parfait Day

Here is a quick and easy recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth – Its cheap and easy to make Ingredients:

Full Fat Milk: 50 mil

Chocolate bar of your choice: 100g

4 egg yolks

Brown or coconut sugar 50g

Whipped double or single cream 300mil

20g Flaked Almonds Method:


Boil the milk in a saucepan, then break the chocolate in pieces and let it melt. Once it almost melted, stir in the yolk and sugar, continually stirring. Whip the cream. Then add the cream and stir to combine. Once all the ingredients have come together. And you are happy with the taste. Add more sugar to taste. Pour the mixture in glass desserts or a bowl and keep it in the freezer for 4 hours.

Once its frozen remove from the freezer and place it in the fridge for around 30 minutes.

Before serving garnish with Almonds and serve. Enjoy
