How to store your produce

Storing vegetables and meat the correct way keeps them fresher for longer. 

Leafy Greens: Stay fresher for longer when washed, dried and wrapped in kitchen roll, then refrigerated. 

Root Vegetables: Should be stored in a cool and dark place. 

Meat: Fresh meat should be stored in the fridge on a separate shelf if it’s vacuum packed between 2-3 day, then best to pop it in the freezer

Always compartmentalise your fruits and veggies that way you retain the freshness for longer
